Doyle’s (2014) work focused on managing the multigenerational workforce and identifying methods to transition the leadership of existing organizations from the Baby Boom generation to the Millennial generation. Doyle echoes Deyoe & Fox (2012) in stating that businesses need to address the potential for conflict within the multigenerational workforce or risk reduced production, increased employee turnover and lower employee morale across the board.
