Fighting Man Of Japan
The author of this book was a soldier, who was for many years resident in Japan at the end of the XIXth century as an instructor in some leading colleges, both military and civilian. He was the first Westerner who received training in the two " noble arts " of kenjutsu and jujutsu. I edited the very poor scanned versions of the text available on various sites. The part about Kenjutsu and Ju Jitsu is extremely interesting.
