Allied Bank is the first Muslim bank, to have been established on the territory that became Pakistan established in December 1942 as the Australasia Bank at Lahore with a paid-up share capital of Rs. 0.12 million under the Chairmanship of Khawaja Bashir Bux, the Bank had attracted deposits, equivalent to Rs. 0.431 Million in its first eighteen months of business. At the end I would conclude that the internship has helped me a lot in different areas of banking and other concern areas of my study. I also learned that how work in tough situation can do which will help me in long way. And it could not be possible without the assistance of the team with whom I had spent 8 weeks.
