COUNTY FISCAL STRATEGY PAPER FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2014/5. Kirinyaga County Government wishes to bring to your attention to the draft copy of the County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) The document outlines an overview of the current economic development, priorities and ceilings together with spending plans for 2014/5 budget for various county departments and sub-departments. Therefore pursuant to Article 201 of COK 2010, Section 117(5) and 125 Public Finance Management Act 2012, the County Executive Committee Member for Finance and Economic Planning hereby invites the public to submit their views and give input to the County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) which is a key document in Budget preparation process.
